EL COVID tõendite info kontrollijale (EST+RUS+ENG)

Alates 25.10.2021 ei kehti siseriiklikult EL COVID negatiivse testi tõend.
QR-koodi lugemisel ilmub punane kiri: „Testi tõend ei ole siseriiklikult kasutatav“.

Kuidas EL COVID tõendit kontrollida?

  • EL COVID tõendi kontrollimiseks mine veebilehele kontroll.digilugu.ee. See on ainuke rakendus, millega tõendite autentsust ja siseriiklikke reegleid saab kontrollida. Tavapärased QR-koodi lugejad ja teiste riikide rakendused kontrollimiseks ei sobi.
  • Kontroll.digilugu.ee lehe avamiseks on vajalik internetiühendus.
  • Veebilehel avaneb spetsiaalne EL COVID tõendite skaneerija. Kontrollimiseks suuna kaamera tõendil oleva suure QR-koodi kohale ja skaneeri.
  • Sõltuvalt seadmest ja QR-koodi lugemise tingimustest võib koodi lugemine võtta pisut aega. Vajadusel liiguta skaneerijat kaugemale või lähemale.
  • Vaata, et kaamera oleks töökorras ja selle kasutamine kontrollimiseks lubatud.
  • Peale skaneerimist saad vastuseks, kas tõend on autentne ja kas see vastab riigis kehtestatud tingimustele.
  • Kontrollijale kuvatakse skaneerimisel kolme värvi: roheline (tõend kehtib), oranž (tõendil olev info ei vasta Eestis kehtivatele vaktsineerimis- või läbipõdemistingimustele) ja punane (tõendi tehniline viga või tõend ei kehti).
  • Põhjendatud kahtluse korral tuleb inimeselt lisaks tõendi kontrollimisele küsida isikut tõendavat dokumenti.

TO THE PERSON CHECKING COVID-19 CERTIFICATES

Starting from 25.10.2021, the certificate of a negative test is no longer valid in Estonia.

When scanning the QR-code, a red text appears: “The certificate of the test is no
longer valid in Estonia“.

How to check the EU COVID certificate?

  • To check the EU COVID certificate, go webpage kontroll.digilugu.ee. This is the only application for checking the authenticity of the certificates and the national regulations. Regular QR-code readers and applications by other countries are not fit for verification.
  • For opening the webpage kontroll.digilugu.ee, internet connection is needed.
  • A special EU COVID certificate scanner will appear on the webpage. For checking the certificate, direct the camera to the large QR-code on the certificate and scan the code.
  • Depending on the device and the conditions of reading the QR-code, the reading of the code may take some time. If necessary, move the scanner closer to or further from the certificate.
  • Make sure the camera is working and it is allowed to use the camera for checking the certificates.
  • After the scanning, you will get the answer whether the certificate is authentic and valid according to the national requirements.
  • The person checking the certificate will be displayed three colours: green (the certificate is valid), orange (the information on the certificate is not compatible to the vaccination or recovery requirements of COVID-19 in Estonia) and red (technical problem of the certificate or an invalid certificate).
  • In case of reasonable doubt, ID may be asked from a person in addition to the certificate.

ЛИЦУ, ОСУЩЕСТВЛЯЮЩЕМУ КОНТРОЛЬ

Начиная с 25.10.2021 внутри страны перестает действовать справка об отрицательном результате теста.

При считывания QR-кода появляется красная надпись: «Справку о результате теста невозможно использовать внутри страны».

Как проверять COVID справку ЕС?

  • Чтобы проверить COVID справку ЕС, перейдите на сайт kontroll.digilugu.ee. Это единственное приложение, которое можно использовать для проверки подлинности справок и внутригосударственных правил. Обычные считыватели QR-кода и приложения в других стран не подходят для проверки.
  • Для открытия страницы kontroll.digilugu.ee требуется подключение к интернету.
  • На сайте открывается специальный сканер COVID справок ЕС. Для проверки и сканирования наведите камеру на большой QR-код на справке.
  • В зависимости от устройства и условий считывания QR-кода, считывание кода может занять некоторое время. При необходимости переместите сканер дальше или ближе.
  • Убедитесь, что камера находится в рабочем состоянии, и что ее разрешено использовать для проверки.
  • После сканирования вы получите ответ, является ли справка подлинной и соответствует условиям, установленным в стране.
  • Во время сканирования лицу, осуществляющему контроль, отображаются три цвета: зеленый (справка действительна), оранжевый (информация в справке не соответствует условиям вакцинации или перенесения заболевания, действующим в Эстонии) и красный (техническая ошибка или справка недействительна).
  • В случае обоснованных сомнений, помимо проверки справки, у лица необходимо попросить предоставить документ, удостоверяющий личность.
